I wanted to thank you and congratulate your Mr Mujaneh and his team including Dr Basta for their excellent service. I recently had a couple tears in my retina which could not have happened at a worse time due to my studies. Not only was everybody very understanding about my situation, once the issue was identified I was operated immediately the next day. This very different to the service I had back in 2006 where it took nearly 3 months to sort out due to not being picked up initially and having to wait for surgery.
I would also like to say I am not keen on hospitals due to past experiences and the anaesthetist and operating nurse really put me at ease during the operation. I am sorry I am unable to remember their names.. If possible thank them for their kindness on my behalf.
As a result of your excellent service I have been able to continue my studies and complete my course in occupational therapy ready to start my new job in October. Thank you for help and please pass on my thanks to the rest of the team.
