"Excellent treatment "

I had some ripped skin on my arm after falling off my bike. I was treated quickly to stop the bleeding and then joined a queue for the consultant, who also arranged an x-ray. She treated the injury and I was on my way, with details of the follow up treatment at a local clinic. I am a rare visitor to the nhs and was very impressed with the treatment and courtesy shown by all site staff. They were busy the entire time i was there but maintained a professional and friendly approach. Waiting time is down to the taxpayer: the staff worked non stop. I wish to thank those who treated me: it was first class.
