"Vaccination"

About: South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust / SSE Arena Vaccination Centre

(as a service user),

I have a phobia of needles and am prone to fainting. Whilst waiting in line I started crying. One of the nurses noticed and hugged me and took me to a booth. Two nurses, one was called Dorothy, spoke to me, gave me water and sweets and looked after me. They tried to distract me and make me laugh which is annoying but also very helpful! ! They wheeled me into the next booth where I was vaccinated. I was hysterical, shaking and crying but those two women helped me through. Cannot thank them enough.
