About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Emergency Medicine Raigmore Hospital / Accident & Emergency Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as the patient),

Had an altercation with a cow, 

Paramedics in the ambulance were brand new, staff member that dealt with me in the Dr Gray's hospital brand new, however the care and attention I received was horrendous, it was a head back and chest injury, and all I was given was my stitches and punted out the door, no concussion check or xray or anything, the next day when I got up my wife had to take me to A&E in Inverness, turned out I've serious internal bruising and broken ribs, and I also received the drugs from Inverness and the medical advice I should have received from Elgin.

I am very sorry to read that you had reason to use our services and that of the wider NHS. An altercation with a cow? That sounds terrifying. I hope that you are on the road to recovery now and are feeling better.
