"I feel things have gone downhill"

About: Rawmarsh Health Centre

(as a service user),

Last year I to see the doctor with a large painful  lunp on sole of foot was diagnosed as flat feet, refered to podiatrist  for insoles where it was rediagnosed as a ganglion cyst when informed of this the GP rang me and tried to get me to agree that they weren't the GP I saw!

I have a long-term condition Rheumatoid Arthritis and had ibuprofen prescribed by my consultant which on a repeat prescription until without any conversation or consultation the Doctor stopped it and I didn't know until my next prescription and it wasn't included. Despite many requests (unanswered each time) now has to be requested each time

Now the very lovely hardworking receptionists are having to tell my husband that because of bloodtest results my husband was being refered to hospital but was unable to give any details of why or which department because they couldn't. GP was constantly unavailable to ask which if the usual case now as he "works from home" and has to be messaged by the receptionist.

Now in this practice I can't even get my NHS app authorised to see my test results or health records because they do not have a practice manager to do it and will not have one for another month.
Husband has osteoarthritis and request to see a consultant as his pain relief wasnt working as well. Gp refused and sent him to a pain clinic where it was found that he shouldnt be taking two of his medications together as he had been prescribed resulting in a letter saying so being sent by the pain clinic to GP complaining that this had been done, but still no referral to the rheumatologist.

I feel that recently things have gone so downhill.
