(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the service we received from the Acute Care at Home team.  Words cannot express how deeply we appreciate what was done for mammy.  Everything went over and above the call of duty and we would recommend your service to anyone. Thank you. 

(Patient also had input from team Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist)
