I rung the doctors at 8am, only waited 10 mins to get through which was great.

Receptionist picked up the phone and I told her what was wrong and why I needed to see the doctor. She was extremely rude to me saying that I need to have a phone call first, I said to her that a phone call isn’t going to solve the problem I need to see the doctor.

She couldn’t of cared less and put the phone down.

I am also hearing impaired unable to use the phone so all this phone calling malarkey is getting ridiculous. As I always have to make sure someone is with me when I am expecting a phone call. This surgery need to think about hidden disabilities.

The doctor finally phoned me at 12pm asked me some questions about my problem and then told me he will ring back and surprise surprise he hasn’t even bothered. I normally have nothing bad to say about this doctors surgery and they have really let themselves down.
