"Shocking service "

About: Latham House Medical Practice

Was on hold for over an hour when eventually got through women was rude. & not able to speak to doctor for minimum of 2 weeks eventually get a call from doctor for him to fob me off then put phone down like he was rushing to get through calls.

We have been experiencing some issues with our phone lines which has impacted on caller waiting times and we are sorry this was your experience. Patients have a number of ways to get in touch with us and we encourage those who can, to use our online services. This would help keep the phones available for those who are unable to get in touch through a smart phone or PC.

Demand on our services continues to increase and the current average waiting time for a routine GP appointment in the UK is over 2 weeks. If your concern was urgent then we can offer support through our immediate care service or our 48 hour GP service.
