"Feedback from a patient"

A telephone call made from a patient to the HUB saying she was very happy with the service and would like for her gratitude to be passed on. She stated Kate (assistant practitioner) has been involved over the last two or three months and has been fantastic, so nice she made the whole experience so very pleasant. The patient now has her new walker, was shown how to use it, said it's been magic. Thank you, her compliments to the service.

All of our team members strive to improve the lives of our patients, building confidence and providing rehab programmes. It is always a great boost to morale for staff to receive such wonderful feedback on the service they provide. I am thrilled the whole experience was very pleasant.
