About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary

Every time I visited drs had lost my records and we're unaware of my visits. My bloods were often lost and letters were never sent out on time. The clinic hours changed without notifying me and we're such that working persons would be unable to attend them. I am disappointed with how difficult the whole system was.
