"Superb treatment"

I had cataracts that needed to be seen to. My optician asked where I wished to go to have the matter dealt with. I requested SpaMedica, as my friend had told me about this clinic that she had attended. The arrangements were made. I had to be shutdown for 10 days before attending, and as I had no way of getting to the Clinic, transport was arranged to pick me up. The first visit was for my eye to be thoroughly examined, and then shortly afterwards I attended again for the cataract to be dealt with. The driver who collected me was friendly and helpful, all the staff who treated me at the clinic were unbelievably pleasant and I felt like a human being, not a number on the list - and their list must have been legion. I was driven home on both occasions, and accompanied right to the door. The instructions and eye drops given to me for post-surgery were easy to follow.

My second eye was dealt with in May 2021. Covid was causing delays and so it took longer than I had hoped. I had the same unbelievable treatment again from leaving home, and returning. It was worth the wait, as the organisation in the clinic had been altered to fit in with the requirements of the Pandemic, and it was easier to talk with other patients and staff in between treatments. The surgeons treated me as if I was the only person in the world, and yet their treatment was done in no time at all. I have yet to attend my own Optician now to check what spectacles I might need, and thank you and well done SpaMedica.
