"Bad practice"

I called to make a appointment to see a doctor and waiting for a call back and when I received a call I explained to the doctor what was wrong with me and mentioned I was in a lot of pain and when I did the doctor said he will give me a call back because he had to find a appointment date and when he did call me back he said he wasn’t going to make a appointment because my mental health care worker had to check me and see me first even though she is not a doctor and refused to check me because she’s not a doctor and now the doctor is refusing to see me, this medical practice is a joke and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone as they put your life at risk and they clearly don’t know what they’re doing and they clearly are showing bad practice and misconduct and I will be contacting a medical solicitor on this matter to take action against them and I will be making a written complaint, if you are reading this change medical practice as soon as possible otherwise you’ll end up in the same position as me
