A lot of elderly people are still not aware of this service.

Thank you very much for this Feedback.

We work very hard to promote our service. We are in continual communication with all GP practices. We have advertised in GP Surgeries with posters. We have also had Radio interviews. We have promoted ourselves on Western Trust Intranet and face book/ Twitter.

Our service is very young at 5 YRS old so we have still much work to do with regards promoting our service.

Lately we have worked with Community Nursing Teams Such as the Community Respiratory Team who refer directly to us and The N Ireland Ambulance Service, Who when called refer to us if appropriate.

We want older people to avail of our service. For our 5th Anniversary we will use this an opportunity to promote our Service further.

Thankyou for letting us know. We will work very hard to let as many people as possible know of the very good work we do.
