This Acute Care at Home service was fantastic.  Dr Walsh and the nursing team were first class and for this we as a family, wish to say a massive thank you.  

Clear instructions were given from the Pharmacist Carla who was a pleasure to deal with. 

Also reviewed by the team Occupational Therapist (Beatriz) and Physiotherapist (Catherine).
