"Terrible service"

About: Swanwood Partnership

Was advised by minor injuries to visit my GP for a tetanus shot and to get a series of wounds examined and dressed by the doctor. The doctor only looked at one set of injuries, not the badly infected one and refused to give me my tetanus shot as I had one 16 years earlier. This goes against PHE and Green Book advise. When I phoned back to question this, I was on hold for 40 minutes with the phone ringing for the last 20, but as it ticked past 1pm into their lunch break, the phone was left ringing for the next hour. Resorted to 111 who told me that I had received all the wrong treatment and I should report IMMEDIATELY to A&E where I was told again that I had received sub standard care at the surgery and it went against all medical advise. Absolutely appalling!
