"Outstanding GPs working in exceptional…"

I've been a patient at OTMG before I was even born!

Does this make me biased? Potentially.

However; I've worked in the NHS for nearly a decade in over 16 different GP surgeries and I have yet to encounter a team as dedicated, skilled and knowledgable as the team at OTMG.

''It's hard to get an appointment'' - this is a sign of a good practice, easy appointments are not a badge any GP surgery should have. As a healthcare professional, I feel totally reassured that if I needed an appointment urgently, the surgery staff would provide me with one

''The phone-lines are horrendous'' - admittedly, this is a nationwide circumstance due to Covid. However, I cannot praise the Reception staff enough when you do get through; they offer a GP appropriate to your needs and it's worth mentioning this surgery is EXCEPTIONAL for specialty GP's - I can't name them for confidentiality reasons but specialities vary from gynaecology, skin disorders/diseases and not to mention, a certain GP who has been there since my birth and I'd love it if they ended up being my future families GP.

To conclude, this GP is underrated and excluding the parking difficulties outside the Oxford Terrace branch, I literally cannot fault any component of my care from this team.
