About: St Mary's NHS Treatment Centre (Portsmouth)

I attended with my son who had hurt his finger at school, turns out it was broken! The staff were excellent and although very busy we were treated as if we mattered. The receptionist staff in particular were so helpful, friendly and always smiling. Nothing was too much trouble. It was incredibly busy and we had to wait around 4 hours to be seen and the doctor who saw my son treated him with compassion and care. Thanks for doing a great job in such difficult circumstances
