About: South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust / SSE Arena Vaccination Centre

(as the patient),

I was supposed to get my second vaccine on Wednesday 16th June but was unable to attend but couldn't cancel either. I got through to Antrim but they gave me a phone number which didn't work.

I eventually found this site and was wondering if I could ask how to book another appointment for the AstraZeneca vaccine. I apologize for not contacting sooner.
