Had my first dealing with Montgomery House today as I recently moved to Bicester.
My experience was delightful. I felt heard, I felt reassured, and I felt that my one year old was was treated well and accurately. Not once was I made to feel like an overreacting first time mum, as I have been made to feel elsewhere. Honestly, the doctor we saw was brilliant, he engaged with my daughter, explained things clearly to me, and was just generally a nice person! Not something I usually associate with a GP!
