I complained about the crisis team service and I had a response, I am puzzle to why you have 7 office based phones for the crisis team when you only have 5 to 6 people working them which would leave one or two phone's not in use, I've also been told on a night time you only have two members of staff working, which would leave five phone's not in use, I'm finding it hard to understand how you are providing a high quality service.
Over the past few weeks I have spoken to three people in a managerial position and I believe one community team member where I have been promised things that have not happened and just been fobbed off by each one of them and just wasted my time which could have been spent helping me.
Those people did not help my mental health and it caused me to feel worse and self-harm out of anger.
In your mind, is this providing a high quality service for people that are feeling down and suicidal?
"Very low quality service"
