I had been struggling to leave the house/function due to panic attacks. Katrina made a big difference to my life once I had been referred by my doctor.
Katrina was brilliant, with calls taking place every two weeks and she was so lovely to speak to with. I feel that Katrina was the right person for me and if had been working with someone else, I may not have had the results that I got with Katrina. All the programmes and materials were easy to follow and use and they really did have an impact on me, these related to stress and anxiety.
Katrina also help to ensure that I got further help that was needed was the correct people/channels and I now have 2 carers’ that come to me twice a week, but don’ t think any of this would have been possible without Katrina’s help.
I don’t think that anything could have done differently from the service or by Katrina.
