I just wanted to praise how amazing the A&E receptionists are. I was in A&E for 5 hours yesterday, and there were lots of grumpy, irate people keep asking why they hadn't been seen yet, and generally being rude the receptionists. Not once did any of the receptionists lose their patience with anyone; they remained calm and polite. I could not do the job they're are doing! I'm guessing they don't get enough good feedback - so well done to all the A&E receptionists!
