From the security staff at the door to the receptionist on the desk to the preparatory nurse and then the procedure itself, everyone was incredibly polite, supportive and personable. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more informative experience with repeated opportunities to ask questions or seek clarification. Sincere thanks.

Thank you for taking time to feedback about your recent visit to the Regional Endoscopy Unit here at Queen Margaret. I was delighted to read that you had such a smooth positive experience throughout your journey from the security staff and the staff here in the unit.
