After i was waiting 1 hour on the phone the receptionist answered and closed the phone immediately. The second time she answered with a simple answer that i need to semd an email as she can't give me information regarding my wife that is pregnant. I told her that i will make a complain about her comunation and she told that she doesn't care. I dont remember her name.
