The practice nurses are caring, kind and gave much valued advice when I attended The Limes on five occasions from the latter part of May to the end of last week. I sustained an injury, and having been seen by the nursing staff at the Minor Injuries Unit at Princess Alexandra Hospital on that day, four nurses at the Limes (and a Healthcare assistant) re-dressed my wound on five occasions, checking for possible sepsis and giving very helpful advice and guidance regarding ongoing care.
They provided a very helpful and effective service and fully answered my many questions -- they epitomise so many of the ideal qualities to be found in a caring professional. One nurse in particular was especially helpful in arranging a first appointment for me to see her at The Limes the day after my wife had raised concerns with her.
