"Helpful practice nurse team"

About: The Limes Medical Centre

The practice nurses are caring, kind and gave much valued advice when I attended The Limes on five occasions from the latter part of May to the end of last week. I sustained an injury, and having been seen by the nursing staff at the Minor Injuries Unit at Princess Alexandra Hospital on that day, four nurses at the Limes (and a Healthcare assistant) re-dressed my wound on five occasions, checking for possible sepsis and giving very helpful advice and guidance regarding ongoing care.

They provided a very helpful and effective service and fully answered my many questions -- they epitomise so many of the ideal qualities to be found in a caring professional. One nurse in particular was especially helpful in arranging a first appointment for me to see her at The Limes the day after my wife had raised concerns with her.

I am so pleased to hear that we were able to take good care of you when you had an injury recently. Thank you for taking the time to leave lovely feedback for the team. I will make sure that I share it with them.

Many thanks.
