I was recently transferred to F16 for emergency surgery on a cyst. From the minute I got there the care was amazing. I was put at ease right from the start and at a time when I was terrified I was made to feel safe. From the HCAs to the surgeons the care I received was the best. As a nurse it was never assumed I knew what was happening and everything was explained thoroughly and nothing was to much trouble. I know how hard it is right now with the current restrictions but this team are amazing!

It was very kind of you to take the time to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff.

The Trust has introduced a behavioural framework within which all members of the nursing and medical teams' practice, so it was reassuring to read that you found all the staff caring and that your experience has been a positive one.
