When first accessed CGL I never thought that I would ever be teetotal the staff were really supportive I work at my own pace and managed to stop drinking the staff are great and don't push you to do anything would recommend this service to anyone with an addiction and hope some day to be able to help some through their journey

Congratulations! It's great to hear that you have been able to stop drinking. I hope you are starting to see the positive results and feeling well. We always try to be led by what each person needs so hearing you say how supported you felt to go at your own pace is perfect. What a fantastic goal you have to help others through their journeys. If you are interested in doing that in Change Grow Live please ask about the opportunities we have. There are different levels of commitment and there is training available to give you confidence and skills to do just that. I wish you well in your recovery, however that looks for you and thank you for sharing.
