"Weed and coming to reduce my smoking"

my story is about weed and how i am coming to cgl to reduce my smoking and and eventually stop.

I have been coming to CGL groups for a few months now to help reduce my smoking and achieve my goal of quitting. I started to come to the meetings around February 2021 after I was guided from the police, CGL are helping me understand my substance as well as many others substances which has taught me everyone is in the same boat just with there own story. This is great listening to how others cope with day to day life when reducing their substance and its great sharing our thoughts and strategies to how we can achieve out goals. CGL is the best place to come if you need any advise on substances I've been through the probation system for the last 2 years and they have never helped me as much as CGL I would recommend to anyone on who is trying to change there life for the better.
