"Talked me through everything"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I was in to have 2 lumps removed.

David and lauriann where excellent they talked me through everything and made me feel at ease about what was going to be happening. They talked to me the whole time and it felt like it was over in no time.

They gave me all the information I needed for after it and I know exactly what I need to do once I left.

They both made the experience a lot better than it could have been.
