About: New Cross Hospital

Hey guys with all my respect for your job but you need to learn how to comunicate with your patients special with other nationalities which they speak and understand 30% from your language (they must have translation)and also with families. The patiens are not alone, we need to know any follow up plans for them because they need our support, we can understand medical “language”.
