I had reason to contact this surgery recently.

What a terrible experience.

The staff are rude and uncaring. To the point where they were/are actively causing harm to me by their actions. I did complain to them but they had no interest in listening to anything other than their own opinions.

I had forgotten how nasty some of the people at this surgery are. They've been closed for routine face to face consultations since March 2020.

I don't think I'll ever go back to this surgery again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else and to be honest as you often have to go via a GP to get hospital treatment etc via a referral I don't suppose I'll be able to use any services which are funnelled through this surgery.

Dear Patient,

I would like to apologise for your experience here. We are offering routine telephone consultations with the GP and if the GP feels they need to see you we will of course offer a face to face appointment.

If you would like to discuss this matter further please contact the practice and ask to speak to the manaher or alternatively you can email the surgery and mark it to my attention.
