Today I visit the infertility clinic in monklands for my first appointment my partner and myself where overwhelmed with the kindness and professionalism that was demonstrated by both staff nurse linda rippon and csw Bernie! Both ladies where informative and caring.

Thank you very much for your kind posting on Care Opinion. I am so pleased that you felt that staff treated you with kindness and professionalism.

Coming to the Infertility service for the first time can be a very emotional time for patients and to hear such positive feedback is fantastic.
