"I had a fall at home"

(as the patient),

I stood up and tried to walk but my left leg was dead and I fell. Went to a&e, x-ray showed no damage but a bad sprain. The event made the long term pain in my back from fibromyalgia worse. Spoke to gp who arranged for help with equipment, also referred me to physiotherapy.
