"My appt with the BAU Surgical Skin Team"

Today I had a minor procedure to my ear in the FVRH’s BAU Surgical Skin Team department. From being checked in at reception to leaving my appointment I had the best care, help, support and friendly staff. The care during my procedure was so professional yet put me at ease at the same time. Both nurses; David and Laurie we amazing and a credit to their profession. Though my procedure was ‘minor’ I was treated with kindness and fully informed all the way throughout my procedure making the experience less stressful for me. Thanks to all the team today - a great experience and can’t praise the department highly enough.

I am pleased to hear you were cared for in a professional and reassuring way and made to feel at ease by the team. Although called a "minor" procedure we appreciate that for the individual even a small procedure is in no way minor and I glad you had a positive experience.
