"Absolutely awful reception staff"

My two year old was diagnosed with croup a week ago.

I called today to ask if a doctor could call me just to give me a repeat prescription as he only had one dose of antibiotics left and I feel he needs more.

I was met with the rudest woman on reception over the phone.

Told me they were fully booked and I would have to call 111 or wait until the morning.

I explained that my son is only 2 and I couldn’t wait until the morning as I needed to collect today so I had it ready for the morning.

She told me just because I needed to speak to a doctor didn’t mean they could ‘squeeze me in’ and started becoming very rude.

I ended up calling 111 and am still waiting 4 hours later for a call back.

Absolutely awful awful awful and WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
