I got directed by lots of friendly faces (even though masked they were friendly) to the check in by another lovely friendly lady, who asked my details and then directed me to the line to wait to go into on of the booths available, directed again by two other friendly people to my booth with another two lovely ladies. I was extremely nervous and these two ladies one called Jenny and the other lovely any I can't remember I'm so sorry but she was fabulous, instantly put me at ease took my details and distracted me, the injection was so fast I didn't even notice it had been Done. Then gathered the card and information to take with me to waiting area where I was directed again by another lovely lady to sit for 15minutes to make sure I was fine and dandy. You could see it was a well organised operation cleaning each seat as each person got up and directing people as the walked into the area. I waited my time and then went to the check out where another love lady checked me out and then was directed out again by some friendly fellows at the door. All in all an anxious woman went in with fears to being content and relaxed.
Thank you all for providing such a wonderful service, you are all heroes
