"Mum and Visitors"

About: Highbury Hospital / Silver Birch Ward

(as a relative),

Mum was admitted and isolated for 7 days due to COVID-19.

When I phoned, was told it HAD to be same visitors every time.

I go to various supermarkets, queue in the post office, am fully vaccinated... But can’t see Mum in a visitor room? Makes no sense whatsoever to me!

It’s disgusting… Mum is in her 80's, never been in this position before and is highly distressed.

Can anyone explain why?
