At my CT scan, where the problem of a large cyst was discovered, the radiologist was so kind when I said I was worried and did everything to make me feel confident about the process and offered me options about my infusion 

At my gynaecologist appointment Kirsty, who I know from outside the hospital setting, immediately asked if I was comfortable with her being the nurse at my appointment, I was as she’s such a lovely person who I trust, and she and Drs Dutton and Tomlinson, couldn’t have been nicer and more professional. 

From my admission until I left I was treated with kindness and respect. As a very nervous patient they couldn’t have done more to make me feel safe. I consider myself very fortunate to have had such prompt attention at the hospital and feel very appreciative of their professionalism and care.

I am delighted that you had such a positive experience during what must have been a terribly worrying time. I am absolutely delighted that our wonderful team made you feel cared for and safe throughout this experience and helped you to come through this experience with a positive outlook.

I will ensure that all of our team involved get to hear about your kind words as I know that it will make their day to know that they did such a good job taking care of you. The team strives every day to provide their patients with the highest standards of care and it is absolutely lovely when someone such as yourself takes the time to let them know what a good job they are doing.
