You will be in a telephone appointment for an hour or more! Phones constantly engaged. Cannot get appointment when needed. You'll get short tempered staff when you do get through. Please go elsewhere if you value your health! I need a blood test, but I cannot get through to arrange it! I will probably literally die trying!
