About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

Waited 18 months for a 4 minute 16 second phone appoint very dismissive saying any doctor could do this why do I need to do it waited 5 weeks for some response phoned spoke to secretary to find out the tests had been sat there for 5 weeks asked for her just to send them to me instead of waiting longer she said no I said I would go through the complaints and get them that way. 2 days later received a letter to tell me I was extremely rude to hi secretary so he did not feel he could treat me and had advised senior manager of the situation with no name no one for me to contact mr so now I am left with no treatment and a less than 5 minute phone call for my years of waiting I have the recorded phone call seriously considering posting both phone calls on you tube for everyone to see the attitude we as patient face avoid.
