I never experience such a professional surgery until I came to Hessle. I felt so secured and comfortable when I see that the staff are rules complying and organised. They approached patients politely to put on their masks and even apologise with reason to these rude, aggressive and inconsiderate group of patients who refused to wear their masks out of their personal needs eg. having make up on their face etc. Health and safety are the priorities especially in a surgery. On the whole, the entire environment of this surgery is very clean and well ventilated. A very systematic approach of this surgery that I believe it is a blessing for patients who are handled by this group of medical professionals in Hessel.
