Booked an appointment online and was told that day I have a doctor's telephone appointment. The doctor has not rang yet and it has been over a week, I have emailed the reception staff/ practice and have been ignored. Ended up going to a walk in center to get treated for Hiatus Hernia.
This isn't the only upsetting experience I have had with the practice, I had a smear test done which the doctor hurt me and I felt very uncomfortable, it really had put me off having a smear test done in the future.
