Iv been an addict for many years, I reached out to CGL and spoke to Gavin. He helped me start my journey to recovery and I can’t thank him and the service enough.

Thank Paul, in all honesty what made me reach out was I had hit rock bottom. I had no where else to go, I’d tried to end my life because things got so immensely difficult in all aspects of my life. I don’t think I would have persuaded things if Gav hadn’t been so approachable, understanding and made me feel so comfortable admitting my problems. I had never told anyone the things I discussed with him abs was terrified before our conversation. He gave me the confidence and courage to continue. I’m now in a 12 step recovery program and 3 weeks in, the differences in me already are life changing and I’m on the right road. I shared for the first time in a meeting yesterday and 32 days sober today. Thank you again and please do pass this on to Gav.
