"Rubbish service"

Unfortunately, have to agree with all the negative comments & the Practice’s response to them is equally annoying as the service, just a repetitive one size fits all acknowledgment!

Had the same experience as others, told to phone back at 8.00am but you can’t get through & when you do get through are advised “no appointments left, phone tomorrow morning at 8.00”, vicious circle & go nowhere! People do work as well, not always convenient to phone at 8.00am we have to get to work & can’t use when when at work, so the call has to wait until home in the afternoon. Suppose this complaint will generate the standard moronic response, not a solution.
