Admitted following an overdose. I feel I was in a very bad place, and was afraid of my thoughts.
Being in the Bronte ward has given me encouragement to address my mental health issues and the strength to do this.
My life has turned around, I have got rid of any negativity and the staff have 100% supported me to do this.
The staff have built therapeutic relationships with me and the other patients.
It feel benefit from sharing my story with other patients.
Now my focus is on my family.
The food has been good, but now as good as Antrim.
It has been a very positive experience, when I was admitted my mood was 2/10, I am soon leaving and my mood is now 10/10.
I think the staff should be thought of more and give more recognition for a job well done. I am forever great full to all in the Bronte Ward
