(as the patient),

Went to the Endoscopy Department yesterday afternoon, from reporting in to reception until my departure after the procedure, EVERY single person that dealt with me was a credit both to themselves, the hospital and the NHS.

I was treated professionally and with courtesy by all of the team.  My comfort and care was their priority and their professionalism was a credit to them.  Having had the procedure previously I can honestly say that the whole experience was comfortable, stress free and presented me with no problems.

Thanks again to the whole team in the Endoscopy Dept.
