"Extraordinary level of care"

I have had to visit the dermatology department at NWP twice and on both occasions was impressed by the high level of  professionalism shown by all the staff I met, there is obviously a good team spirit in the department.

My visit this morning was to have a punch biopsy completed under the care of Dr. Punjabi, she was extremely professional, approachable and reassuring but also extremely calming which made a huge difference to how I felt about the procedure. I would like to thank Dr. Punjabi, her colleague this morning and all other staff in the department, they are all very special
