"Outdated appointment system"

The only way you can get an appointment is if you call at 8am. When you do call at 8am the lines are engaged. When you finally get through after spending 30minutes for days on end you're told there are no appointments.

It's 2021 why don't you have other systems for booking appointments like many other surgeries that have apps and online consultations systems. People have busy lives and can not spend 30 minutes for days to book an appointment. This ridiculous outdated system and robotic replies from staff has deterred me from seeing the doctor and as a result made a minor issue into a major one.
