"Dreadful "

I had brain surgery at kings in 2019 as I have multiple brain aneurysm, I am supposed to be reviewed every year to check if any have grown, this hasn’t been done in two years. I have chased kings college for about 8 months with no response from my consultants Secretary. I finally got an Appoitment for a CT scan on the 10th of May and still I await to know the status of my aneurysm. I was simply told “sorry you must of slipped through the net” as if I have broken a bone. Absolutely disgusting. I have tried to contact PALS on several occasions and am never able to get through.
