I have tried 3 different ways to get my Sons Austism diagnosis attached to his med records - it's still not been done. I tried to physically take the paperwork to Forton today and they refused to take it from me and wanted me to leave confidential paperwork in a blue tub anyone had access to. I tried to explain it had gone missing before and I wanted to hand it to someone, the lady over intercom said no and then told me I could make a complaint if I wanted. I will be making a formal complaint as this impacting on my sons EHCP application. Willow group please retrain your staff on how to speak to patients and how to resolve issues rather than just saying - you can complaon if you want!
